Job description for this role are as follows:
- Generate, maintain, update & develop sales promotor report for the team
- Coordinate & communicate effectively with all stakeholders related
- Managing vendor payments and invoices
- Onboarding new promoters and assignments
- Promoter day-to-day escalations and tracking discrepancies
- Supporting and standby to fix promoter issues on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software (Pipeline) or MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Be thorough, pay attention to detail, time management & be able to work well with others
- Understanding of sales performance metrics & excellent organizational skills.
