Talent Acquisition (1 year contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment process by using various channels, Job Posting, Job Screening, Job Interview/Assessment, Job Hiring, On Boarding, Probation follow-up, Probation evaluation and Operational Documentation.
- Involve in end to end recruitment in the assigned businesses for Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines of Financial Business
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process
- Able to do both professional and Operation type of recruiting if required
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in an end-to-end recruitment environment, either agency or in house
- Experience recruiting candidates out of Thailand
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment (remote Interview)
- Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-region candidates and regional partners.
