Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment process by using various channels, Job Posting, Job Screening, Job Interview/Assessment, Job Hiring, On Boarding, Probation follow-up, Probation evaluation and Operational Documentation.
  • Involve in end to end recruitment in the assigned businesses for Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines of Financial Business
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Able to do both professional and Operation type of recruiting if required

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in an end-to-end recruitment environment, either agency or in house
  • Experience recruiting candidates out of Thailand
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment (remote Interview)
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-region candidates and regional partners.
