The Growth Business team focuses on maximizing the lifetime value of our existing customers and driving Gross Merchandize Value (GMV) growth. We’re looking for a Manager / Senior Manager who will take full ownership of GMV growth of a product category, using data-driven insights and ensure strong alignment across business, product, and marketing teams to support key company priorities.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the monetization strategy as the go-to person to drive day-to-day execution and operations with the cross-functional team to optimize GMV and profitability to deliver business impact.

Responsibilities:
- Led GMV growth for a key business line as the go-to person to drive operations and execution across Business, Product, and Marketing teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and operational efficiency
- Utilize data-driven analytics to generate actionable business insights and uncover growth opportunities
- Oversee day-to-day operations with proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to program management and problem-solving
- Conduct comprehensive external analyses to identify market trends and growth opportunities,
- Continuously monitor and optimize KPIs, refining tactics to grow GMV, monthly transacting users, and improve the product funnel
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roles focused on monetization, category management, customer lifecycle management, or GMV growth
- Strong expertise in data analysis and business analytics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and execution across teams
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or lending industries is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles
