The Growth team at Kredivo focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value by driving user engagement and retention. We’re looking for a Growth Manager to take full ownership of a key segment of the user journey, with a focus on optimizing transacting rates. You’ll combine data-driven insights with creative experimentation to deliver experiences that drive transaction rates and deepen user engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Data. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across demand-side teams (Product, Marketing, Business Development) as well as Data Science and Risk, to ideate, test, and scale initiatives that deepen user engagement and encourage repeat behavior.

The coverage/responsibilities of this role involve :

  • Identify and scale initiatives to drive engagement and increase transaction rate
  • Own the end-to-end process of experimentation — from hypothesis generation to impact analysis
  • Have an analytical rigor to evaluate the performance of experiments to close the feedback loop and recommend improvements through data and insights
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities and benchmark against best-in-class practices

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong ownership, have an experimentation mindset and be OK with ambiguity, curious, a nimble thinker – both analytically and laterally, and thrives in a dynamic and a fast pace environment.

Requirements :

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a client-facing consulting role or Growth team or CEO’s office, preferably in new age technology business (ecommerce sector / fintech)
  • Strong analytical mindset. You need to be comfortable with data – Analyze it, question validity, interpret, and develop action plans based on it
  • A personality very focused on getting things done with owner, not renter mindset
  • Enjoys intense, hi-growth working environments.
  • Fluent in the usage of xls, and be open to learning SQL
  • Must be Jakarta based
