As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be a part of the Marketing team and will be responsible to ensure brand visibility, develop and execute brand strategies that drive merchant growth, as well as increase consumer’s awareness and engagement. This role will require working directly alongside various teams, vendors, and merchants to grow wallet-share and usage of Kredivo through end to end marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, increased market share, and brand loyalty/retention by developing an understanding of the drivers of the brand growth and identifying key challenges and opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social and traditional advertising media to promote Kredivo.
  • Becoming brand custodian who makes sure that the branding is aligned across the board.
  • Executing Go-To-Market (GTM) plan and effective user communications for product launches/releases, and jointly ensuring high adoption rate.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making data driven recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Monitor budget spend and make sure that it is utilized in the best way possible through bargaining with merchants.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales targets through offline sales events in various cities and Co-branding with major retailers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Building, or Partnership Management.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business mindset, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong client facing and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the fintech/financial service industry or experience growing a consumer brand is a strong plus point.
  • Passion for growth and strong time management skill to work under tight schedules
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Bahasa.
