To continue our success story, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to primarily support our client portfolio. This role will need to focus on our customer experience and life-cycle and ensure that our customers are using Kredivo’s platform effectively and maximizing on our robust features to guarantee they get the most value.
Job Description :
- Managing & growing an account management team for Kredivo merchants that are located in the East of Indonesia.
- Monitoring score cards, developing and executing strategies & exceeding sales targets for the team as assigned.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, risk, product, etc) to ensure merchant needs are met.
- Building strong relationships with the key account merchants & partners (brand & distributor) at the assigned area.
- Explore new opportunities by creating event activation & analysing new area for expansion.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in managing merchants relation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
