Kredivo is looking for a highly driven and creative Product Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager. to join Kredivo’s Brand Marketing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies for product launches, crafting impactful go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, and bringing fresh, consumer-first ideas to elevate Kredivo’s brand in the market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, and is passionate about making financial products more relatable and desirable.
Job Description:
- Initiate GTM planning and execution for new products or feature rollouts – from positioning and messaging to launch timelines and cross-functional coordination.
- Ideate and develop 360° brand and product campaigns that resonate with target audiences, aligned with Kredivo’s tone and values.
- Strong understanding of user behavior and mindset, with the ability to think from the user’s perspective in developing marketing strategies and messaging.
- Work closely with Product, Growth, Creative, and Comms teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across touchpoints.
- Translate market research and user insights into sharp brand positioning and creative briefs that inspire compelling campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking, ensuring on-time and effective delivery of brand assets and GTM initiatives.
- Uphold brand identity and messaging consistency across internal and external communications.
- Be a brand guardian for the Kredivo brand, make sure all the activities are aligned with the brand guidelines
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or integrated marketing roles, ideally in tech, fintech, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of planning and launching GTM campaigns for products or features with measurable results.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute under tight timelines.
- Comfortable working with data and insights to inform messaging and creative strategy.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and passion for creating consumer-loved brands.
